I am creatively flighty and my interests swing like a pendulum.
I dig photography. I prefer to take pics that require no manipulation b/c I suck at photo editing.
Sketching is new to me. I've never been able to draw. A few months ago, I sketched a photograph. Now my hands itch to draw! I'm hit or miss, but I enjoy the process. Isn't that what art is about? the process?
So now I am learning. I'm no artist. I'm just a rookie.
